You want your child to be ready for whatever the future may bring.
Unfortunately, too much that passes for ‘college prep’ prepares students only narrowly for the college admissions process. Trinity School’s education provides students with the skills necessary not only for college but also for life beyond. Critical thinking, clear writing, practice in discussion–these are the things that distinguish Trinity School graduates and set them apart from many of their peers in the college environment. Though we resist the ‘college prep’ label, college professors regularly report that Trinity School students are among the most well prepared of all the students they meet for actual college and university level work.
While our focus is on preparing students intellectually and academically, our students also do very well against national benchmarks.
College Readiness
- Our seniors’ average SAT scores are 250 + points above the national average.
- Every student graduates from Trinity School with a transcript that exceeds the United States Department of Education’s highest rating for rigor1.
- Over 45 seniors have received National Merit recognition in the last five years.
