Senior Mariah received the Athena Award for athletic excellence along with girls from other participating schools, at an award ceremony on Wednesday. Each school selects its award winner. During her years at Trinity, Mariah participated in basketball, cross country, soccer and track. Next fall, she will be attending the University of St. Thomas to participate in track. Now in its 30th year, the St. Paul Area Athena Awards honors female athletes for their dedication and excellence in sports. Congratulations, Mariah!
