Teach Where Learning Is Alive

Trinity is looking for educators and staff who love what they do and share our faith. If you believe ideas matter and students deserve to be challenged, you belong here.

The Values That
Drive Our Mission

“Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” Philippians 4:8

Ongoing Pursuit
of Education

Learning at Trinity does not end with the last class of the day or even at graduation. Our rich curriculum and skilled teachers help students gain a love of learning and the habits of mind to take ownership for their education. They graduate from Trinity equipped with the tools of learning to embrace challenges and thrive in any setting. A Trinity education is a foundation for the rest of their lives.

Community Growth & Learning

At Trinity, students don’t miss out on any classes. Everyone shares in a well-balanced curriculum with an equally strong focus on STEM, humanities and the arts. All our students get to read the same books, wrestle with the same questions, and experience lively discussions together. Having a common curriculum, allows ideas to transfer from one class to another and each year build upon the previous one. Every student benefits from our intentional classical curriculum.

Commitment to Our Students

Trinity is a small school by design. Teachers know and challenge their students to strive for excellence and equip them to pursue it—regardless of their academic starting point. Individualized coaching and small, single-sex classrooms make participation in discussion possible. Teachers want to see their students succeed and are there to help them reach their potential.

Authentic Christian Culture

Faith at Trinity extends beyond our Scripture and doctrine classes. It shapes how students treat one another, the rich discussions teachers lead in our classrooms, and the content of our curriculum which is worthy of pursuit. God is at the center of every aspect of our school - it’s the water everyone swims in.

Who We Hire

Trinity School is primarily a community of learners. We hire faculty who are interested in the rigorous exploration of reality, the free and disciplined exchange of ideas, and active participation in the fine arts. We require our teachers to lead the classroom with a sense of wonder and a commitment to excellence. Non-teaching staff roles require the same care for the culture and mission of Trinity School. To apply, submit a resume and cover letter along with a list of professional references. We review applications on a rolling basis and reach out to candidates whose background fits an open position.

When I started teaching at Trinity, my husband remarked on how happy I was coming home each night. The students have a sense of wonder that leads them to engage deeply with the material. The parents are involved, and the faculty are genuinely a community of learners. It's an amazing environment in which to share my love of science with students.
