The Humane Letters seminar, the language study, the mathematics, the sciences — these are not warm-ups for college. They are the real thing. When graduates walk into a lecture hall and encounter a difficult text or a professor who expects them to defend an argument, they are ready because they've been doing exactly that since ninth grade. College professors regularly report that Trinity graduates are articulate, confident, and unafraid to approach them. Graduates come back and say the same thing: they were prepared. That preparation doesn't come from test strategy or GPA optimization. It comes from four years of being asked to think carefully, speak precisely, and engage seriously with difficult material.

Academic readiness is only half the equation; finding the right institutional fit is the other. We use Naviance to guide each student through an intentional, data-informed college search. Through Naviance, students research colleges, compare admissions profiles, and submit essential credentials, and track application milestones — turning the confidence and clarity they build in the classroom into a focused plan for what comes next.
The Numbers Confirm What the Graduates Report
Trinity students score more than 200 points above the national SAT average, beat national ACT marks by over 5 points in every category, and have earned 17 National Merit honors in just the last five years. Yet we never teach to the test. These achievements are simply the fruit of an education built on substance, not scores.
