Welcome to Trinity School
Your student has a place here. This page will walk you through everything to do before the first day of school, so you arrive ready and at home.
Everything You Need Before Day One
A few practical steps stand between acceptance and a smooth first day. Work through the checklist below at your own pace. Each item has clear instructions, and our office is available if anything needs clarification. Most families complete everything within two to three weeks of enrollment.
Complete Your Enrollment Agreement
Whether you are brand-new to Trinity or a returning family with an incoming student, your entire family is warmly invited to our annual New Student Welcome Picnic, held each year in mid-May! Bring a blanket or lawn chairs to connect with current families, faculty, and leadership over lawn games, inflatables, and casual conversation. You will also be able to pick up your family’s welcome packet, complete with school calendars, supply lists, and uniform guidelines. Our Admissions team will reach out directly with specific dates and full details—we can't wait to see you there!

Prepare Uniforms, Supplies & Calendars
Get your student fully equipped and keep your household up to date before classes begin! Prepare for the upcoming year by reviewing our dress code guidelines and ordering official uniforms through Educational Outfitters. School supply lists will be provided in your picnic packet and shared in summer back-to-school communications—we encourage shopping early so students are ready for the first day. To track key dates and events, sync our Google Calendar directly with your smartphone or personal calendar app, and be sure to check the Current Families page on our website for all the latest downloadable PDFs and links.
Complete Back-to-School Forms
In early August, please watch your physical mailbox for our comprehensive back-to-school mailing. This packet contains essential medical forms and family contact verification sheets that must be completed, signed, and returned to the school office before the first day of classes.
Attend New Student & New Parent
Orientations for both incoming students and new parents take place in late summer prior to the start of the school year. These gatherings offer essential insight into Trinity’s academic culture, daily routines, and student life, while providing opportunities to meet the Head of School, Deans, faculty, and fellow families. Students will also have time to set up their lockers and walk through their schedules.

Wear Trinity Well
