Description
Trinity School at River Ridge is seeking a full time Activities Director. This is an updated name for what was formerly the Athletics Director title. This update describes how the responsibilities of the office have developed over time to include facilitating the non-athletic MSHSL activities that Trinity hosts for its students. Currently, this includes the Robotics team. In the past, when there has been sufficient student interest and faculty or parent leadership, MSHSL activities have also included One Act and Speech Teams.
Trinity School’s athletics and robotics programs provide our students with opportunities to compete in ways that support student growth, uphold the school’s educational mission, and embody Trinity’s Christian culture. With these goals in mind, the Activities Director oversees and facilitates all designated MSHSL activities at Trinity. This role is responsible for hiring, supervising, and evaluating coaches; ensuring safe and well‑run programs; coordinating registration, equipment, schedules, officials, and facility usage; and representing the school within our conference, the MSHSL, co‑ops, and other affiliated organizations.
We are seeking an individual who is a skilled, resourceful administrator and who is enthusiastic about Trinity’s vision for extracurriculars within the context of the school’s educational mission.
If you know someone who might be a good candidate, please share this posting with them.
Salary range: $45,000 – $55,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Benefits offered:
- Health, life and disability insurance
- Tuition remission
- Ten paid days for sick or personal leave, paid vacation days and holidays
