The Cana Academy team was on campus this week training River Ridge and Greenlawn humanities teachers. Teachers learned strategies for teaching history, fiction, poetry, and more, and participated in seminar
discussions on the short story “Parker’s Back” and Thucydides’ “Mytilenean Debate.”Teachers commented on how helpful it was to encounter a text in a seminar setting with other teachers who have taught it for many years. Another teacher said, “My only regret is that I wasn’t a Trinity student myself!”
