Welcome to Trinity School, Ms. Jayne Pasternak!

Please join us in welcoming Ms. Jayne Pasternak to the faculty at Trinity School at River Ridge! Ms. Pasternak graduated from Carleton College in 2015 with a B.A. in Geology. After college, Ms. Pasternak worked in urban community service and as an outdoor wilderness educator.

Hear in Ms. Pasternak’s own words below her excitement to join Trinity’s community of learners this year.

Q: How did you learn about Trinity School?
A: I first learned about Trinity School from Ms. Coleman, who had moved from Michigan to teach at this specific school. After hearing more of her story, that decision caught my attention – what about this school drew you here, far from home? The more I learned, the more I sensed that something beautiful was unfolding in this place!

Q: What are you most looking forward to about teaching at Trinity this year?
A: I am eager to encounter goodness, truth, and beauty in this community of learners! Particularly, I look forward to seeing the community in action: from traditions and events, the arts and playing fields, the stage and each classroom -. I can’t wait to be with you all and to be formed as a disciple through our common pursuit of “life to the full” (John 10:10). I give thanks to God for the opportunity to grow through challenges and new experiences as I delve into chemistry and biology with 9th and 10th grade students.

Welcome, Ms. Pasternak! We wish you all the best in your first year teaching at Trinity School!
