Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Zhao, who gave a presentation on Chinese culture for the first of our Friday Noontime Series.

They decorated the Media Center, brought in Chinese candy, paper and examples to practice calligraphy, and showed us a video illustrating Chinese New Year — one of the more important cultural holidays in China.

The Friday Noontime Series (running January through March) is an opportunity for faculty, staff, and students to give a presentation to the school community on a skill or hobby that is not part of the Trinity curriculum.

Previous presentations have including reading poetry, describing mission trips, performing comedy skits, forging metals, flying remote-controlled airplanes, and of course playing music and singing songs.
